Faux Furs & Tourist Shirts

#OOTD: Summertime madness.

Hola guapis!

I just came back from my favorite sunset point in Ibiza, Benirras. 🌅 People from all over the island come to this place especially, because it’s truly magical. Everyday during sunset there are people jamming on African drums and watching how the sun is slowely painting the sky with pastel brushes and golden splashes. The water here is insanely blue, which you have almost everywhere on the island. The difference here however is that the water is so blue that even through your snorkle, you can’t see anything but light blue. If you are going to Ibiza anytime soon, definitely go to Benirras for watching the sunset, and afterwards warm up with the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted at the beach club Elements.

About my outfit today..

Watching the newest runway shows for next summer, I noticed that one color popped up at multiple grand shows. The color that I’m talking about is the only one I never wore in my life because it didn’t suit me, until now. Better put on some Colplay, ’cause it was all yellow.

So which shows am I talking about? Well, from the shows that came in on Vogue Runway I’ve spotted this sunny color at shows as: Carolina Herrera, Diane von Furstenberg, Christian Siriano, Alice + Olivia (look at the shoes), Tome, Rosie Assoulin and surely more to follow.

With this given fact, I ran into my outdoor closet ‘because – hippy camping’ and pulled out my first yellow purchase from a few weeks ago. I found this treasure in a trashy tourist shop shopping paradise to me for €7!!! I know, thank you! It has a kind of Asian tiger printed into it which I combined with the Asian fusion embroidered into these emerald pointies from Zara. The leopard cape is an extra nod to the leopard trend that is still current, and will continue to be this fall/winter as previously mentioned. The bandana I got in a tourist shop for €1 👏🏼The location of the pictures is in the bar from my camping called Chirincana, which is the best place to go dancing to amazing live music. When you come here, don’t try to take videos because all you’ll be able to capture is dust from the many barefoot dancing hippies. Just enjoy the beauty of this place.
